Epson Announces Change of Representative Director, Appoints New President

The change takes effect on April 1, 2020, the company said.

Seiko Epson Corporation said its board of directors approved a change of representative director and the appointment of a new president. Minoru Usui, former president and representative director, will assume the role of director, chairman. Former Director, Managing Executive Officer Yasunori Ogawa will succeed Usui, effective April 1.
